How we engage
Strategic-planning engagements typically run across a 3-4 month cycle: scoping, environmental scanning and stakeholder input, a board strategy workshop, drafting and ratification, and an implementation plan. Strategy refreshes are shorter, often a single workshop bracketed by preparation and follow-up. Multi-year strategic transformation programs are scoped against the specific transformation. Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation to clarify what the board, CEO and senior team need from the work.
